Following this thought process, we currently employ over 800 people who have been specifically handpicked for their knowledge, skill set and diligence. To fine-tune our processes in our plants we have created numerous teams and provided leadership for the same. These well-complied teams and their respective team leaders are authorized to establish internal teams for different departments like Design, Detailed Engineering, Process Control, Services and Procurement, to name a few. We follow this hierarchy in every new plant and appoint an in-house team leader who has all the knowledge and capability to provide solutions to any kind of problems.

At BAL, we concentrate on both team learning as well as individual learning and we encourage inter-departmental engagement. Also, The Design and Delivery of Training and Development (T&D) programs are an inherent part of our Business Objectives and People Development programs.
